The Welcome Reception begins at 8PM and ends at 10PM.

FOR GUESTS STAYING AT RIVER HOUSE AT ODETTE'S: The resort shuttles will be available at 7:45PM to Stella of New Hope. Pickup is located at the north side of the valet area (the left side of the building when looking straight on from River Road.) Shuttle service will be provided back to River House at Odette's beginning at 9:45PM. FOR GUESTS STAYING AT NEW HOPE INN & SUITES: There will not be transportation provided to the Welcome Reception at Stella of New Hope. We recommend taking a ride share service (Uber or Lyft), or if you have a car, parking in a public municipal lot or street parking. The parking lot at Stella is managed by the Bucks County Playhouse who only offers valet parking service for $30/car. **We highly recommend parking at one of the following options in town or finding street parking** - New Hope Public Parking (~5-minute walk): This is a large lot located at 50 W Bridge Street. - Municipal Public Parking (~8-minute walk): The lot is located off Mechanic Street between New Street and Stockton Avenue. (Tip: Type "Municipal Public Parking" into Google Maps, and it will be the first option that appears.)

Yes! Passed and stationary hors d'oeuvres will be served (and an open bar, of course!)

The dress code is Formal (also known as "Black Tie Optional.") EXAMPLES FOR MEN: Dark suits and ties. EXAMPLES FOR WOMEN: Long dresses; suits.

Guests should plan to arrive at the venue by 4PM. (Plan accordingly based on whether you will be driving or staying at a local hotel with River House shuttle transportation - see FAQs below.) The ceremony will begin by 4:30PM.

Yes! If you are staying at NEW HOPE INN & SUITES or GHOST LIGHT INN, complimentary shuttles will be provided. If staying at NEW HOPE INN & SUITES, pick up begins at 3:30PM on a revolving basis until 4PM. If staying at GHOST LIGHT INN, your designated pick-up time is at 3:45PM. Shuttles will be available until 2 hours after the reception for guests to return to both hotels.

Parking is located off-site at 385 West Bridge Street, New Hope, PA 18938 (~5 minutes from the venue.) Complimentary shuttle service to and from the satellite lot and venue will be available 2 hours before the ceremony at 2PM until the end of the event (12AM). Please plan accordingly to arrive to the venue by 4PM.

IF YOU ARE DRIVING: Go directly to the venue's satellite parking lot located at 385 West Bridge Street, New Hope, PA 18938. Complimentary shuttles will take you from the satellite lot to the venue (~5 minutes away) beginning at 2PM. IF YOU ARE BEING DROPPED OFF: Drivers can drop you off at the venue directly (River House at Odette's | 274 River Road, New Hope, PA, 18938.)

The dress code for the farewell brunch is casual. Come as you are, or if you feel energized from the night of partying, flaunt your fashion and dress like you're going out for brunch with friends!

Yes! For guests staying at NEW HOPE INN & SUITES, complimentary shuttles will be provided to and from brunch at River House at Odette's. Service will begin at 9:30AM and run continuously until brunch concludes at 12PM. (Brunch begins at 10AM.) For guests staying at GHOST LIGHT INN, pick-up is at 9:45AM. Return service will be available continuously until the brunch concludes at 12PM.
